Short Biography

Marion has been a chef for over 35 years and prides herself on delivering quality meals, created with minerals and nutrients in mind that are required for you as you go through the detox process on your way to wellness and vitality. Every meal is filled with fresh, quality ingredients, from a variety of cuisines and cultures. Marion will always cook from scratch and talks to you about your dietary requirements upon entry to our clinic and throughout your stay. Marion will always listen to and cater to your dietary requirements and preferences.

Food and nutrition is at the heart of Abbington’s treatment process, and Marion will help you bring your appetite back to a good level by making the food taste beautiful but look fantastic too, so that your mind and body are nourished and you feel excited to eat wholesome food.

Most of all, Marion cooks with passion and love, a big smile and loves to hear that you have enjoyed your meal.
